My 2025 screenplay, Flames to a Moth, is on the festival circuit. What a pleasure this one was to put together, based on the book by Vicki Stevens and Gary Horwood. The book is a cracker, the best and the worst of Australia in one, set over several decades. It was tough to distill down to 120 pages and Vicki got very involved in the feedback making the screenplay another co-write, my third completed co-written script (Escape from the Commodore 64 and The Dog Club being the others).
My feature screenwriting career (post many short film scripts and 2 short films that were made and put on the festival circuit, '72 to 1' and 'Flat Earth Folk') looks something like this.
2018 Starfarers and Tharnians (based on the feature I refined with QPIX, though released long after)

2021 Back in Time for a Doughnut (almost renamed Tara Timeslipping in Brisvegas)

2024 Prattlebots
2025 Flames to a Moth (with Vicki Stevens)
What's next? Likely two more screenplays for 2026 and 2027, and I'm not sure after that.
